意大利《24小时太阳报》5月8日的报道披露，意大利高端眼镜巨头 Luxottica（陆逊梯卡）已故创始人 Leonardo Del Vecchio 的第四子 Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio 与母亲 Nicoletta Zampillo 已达成一致意向，后者将所持有的 Delfin Sarl 12.5%的“裸股权”转让给前者，同时保留该股份对应的管理权与财产收益权，正式签约将在未来数日内完成。
Leonardo Maria Del Vecchio 目前担任 EssilorLuxottica SA（依视路陆逊梯卡集团）首席战略官兼 Ray Ban（雷朋）品牌公司的董事长。Delfin Sarl 是他的父亲生前设立的家族控股公司，2025年10月时的资产价值已超过550亿欧元。
