Nobu Hotels accelerates: 28 facilities in the pipeline (no longer in Italy)

After the opening in 2025 of the Nobu Hotel in Rome, with a monstrous renovation of 135 million euros, Italy is no longer in the Nobu Hospitality Group's projects.

In fact, looking at the website of the Japanese brand, which belongs to the American company founded by chef Nobu Matsuhisa, actor Robert De Niro and film producer Meir Teper, there are 28 'coming soon' destinations in addition to the 19 facilities already present. And, considering Europe for example, it can be seen that the group's investment continues in some countries, such as Spain, which already has four Nobu hotels and another is planned, or the United Kingdom, which hosts one hotel and two more will come, or Poland, which repeats with the second hotel. In Italy, after Rome, no investments are planned in the coming years.

Born from the success of its restaurants, the Japanese hotel brand therefore aims to create a real global chain, until now present mainly in America, and about to expand all over the world. The hotels will also be joined by some novelties, such as a boat with the Nobu brand, which, according to Travel Weekly, will be offered to guests of the new hotel in Bangkok for river tours.
