法国奢侈品巨头 LVMH 集团为 La Samaritaine（莎玛丽丹百货公司）和 Le Bon Marché（乐蓬马歇）引入了共同管治结构，旨在进一步增强在奢侈品零售领域的竞争力。
LVMH 集团表示：“从即日起，将成立单一领导团队，由（Le Bon Marché 董事长兼首席执行官）Patrice Wagner 继续担任主席，同时负责 Le Bon Marché 和 La Samaritaine”，并强调称此举将为 La Samaritaine 带来更多的新鲜势能。
